Do you like the idea of helping children learn about the world around them? Do you have a little extra time in your schedule? We have many opportunities for those who want to volunteer:

• Display Preparers. Each summer we will need volunteers who want to prepare displays (pictures, local artifacts, etc) for the upcoming year's activities. There will be several Display Days designated for this work. You can participate in one or all of them.

• Activity Packet Preparers. These opportunities require just a few hours of time. Volunteers will make copies, put activities packets together and do other tasks that prepare The Global Corner Team for school visits. These opportunities are ongoing throughout the year.

• Nametag Preparers. Each child who attends The Global Corner activities will have a "Me llamo" (My name is) nametag. If you have neat printing you can help with this project. These activities are ongoing throughout the year.

• Teachers' aides. These opportunities require a commitment to volunteer at least one day per week for the school year. Volunteers will be trained for their duties prior to the school year.
